Claus (クラウス, Kurausu) works for the Cluster Bank and Genzo Shibata approached him trying to get a loan for his pet shop.
Appearance
Claus is a man with blond shoulder length hair tied in a ponytail. He has blue eyes and wears glasses.
Personality
Claus acts very calmly and is fair in his judgement. He didn't knew what a pet shop was, but didn't had problem loaning the money if Genzo could meet the requirements.
Plot
Genzo had approached Claus at Cluster Bank wanting a loan. Claus was ready to lend it, as long as they had 20% of the sum ready. When the deadline came, he visited Genzo to see if he had gathered the money, but Genzo had forgotten about it and not gathered the money. Claus had no other choice than not approve the loan.
